Richard Schouten
Benelux Manager
Richard has been living in Barcelona for over 17 years, so he know firsthand what it takes to build a life and career as an expat. Working across different cultures over the years has shaped how he approaches people and business.
With a background combined in e-commerce with many years in sales and business development. At Sellbytel (now Concentrix), Richard recruited and managed Nordic and Southern European teams, which was where he developed strengths in people management.
What he does best is understanding people quickly and matching the right profiles to the right opportunities. He is very empathetic but also straightforward and down to earth, which helps him build trust and make decisions that work in practice, not just on paper.
Morten Ottow

Morten is a serial entrepreneur with a background as a software engineer from Denmark.
He have spent many years living in Eastern Europe and Spain spending almost 20 years as an expat and is now responsible for client relations.
Henning Hørstrup

Henning have spent more than 15 years as an expat. After several years as an external consultant in Denmark he is now building companies, where he mostly handles operations and clients.
